Open spaces
We offer up to 30,000 m2 of open space for a wide variety of uses, from car parking lots to truck parking spaces as well as trailer parking, storage and handling areas. Our areas at the Skandinavienkai, Nordlandkai and Konstinkai terminals are illuminated day and night, offering maximum convenience and security. Most of the spaces are suitable for heavy loads.

Warehouses
Make use the trimodal link that our sheds have to store your goods. Ranging from1,000 to 25,000 m2 in size, our sheds offer you flexible conditions for a wide variety of purposes. At the Nordlandkai terminal, you have a choice between steel, reinforced concrete or timber-built sheds for short or longer rental periods. Additional sheds are available on request at our other terminals.

Office space
Flexible and central: Office space is available in solid-build and modular structures at various locations in Lübeck and at our port locations. With different equipment and a size of 10 to several thousand m², the rooms meet a wide variety of requirements for long or short-term rentals.

Events
With a completely glazed exterior, our terminal at Ostpreussenkai offers a spectacular view of the port of Lübeck and the four-masted barque Passat. Outside of its use as a cruise terminal, the approximately 450 m2 building, including outdoor space, is also available for events. A unique location in the middle of Travemünde with space for up to 200 people.
