For entry, the completed clearance coupon as well as the booking documents must be presented with the container requiring clearance (lanes A, B, C). If no booking has been made, before entry you need to make one at the relevant shipping company’s counter in Hafenhaus; please find a parking place outside the Gate
If an item of cargo is being collected at the same time, the TIN should be presented to the clearance staff on entry
Delivery and/or collection slot number(s) are recorded on the clearance coupon
The driver may deposit/collect the item of cargo
Exit follows checking of the TIN at the clearance containers of lanes U and T
Accompanied goods traffic
The driver receives booking documents at the relevant shipping company’s counter in Hafenhaus, as well as an Access Entitlement Card (find an opportunity to park before the Gate)
Entry to the relevant berth is by access entitlement card via lanes D and E
Please note: TT Line, Nordö and Finnlines each have quick check-ins via separate lanes
When leaving the terminal via lanes W and X, Exit Permit (given to the driver when booking at the port of departure) must be presented to the Gate staff
Please note: Leaving the terminals is not possible without an Exit Permit!
Holiday car traffic
Reporting/booking at the relevant shipping company’s clearance counter (lanes F- S)
Further clearance, collection and escort to the ship’s berth by staff of the relevant shipping company
After entry into the non-public area of the port, leaving this is no longer permitted. Please do your shopping beforehand in Hafenhaus

Check-in/booking at the relevant shipping company’s counter in Hafenhaus
There is a waiting and fast food area on the ground floor of the building and from there you will be taken to your ferry by shuttle bus
Similarly, on arrival by ferry a shuttle bus will take you to Hafenhaus

Driver obtains legitimization with delivery note or a similar document and receives a pass
The pass must be stamped and countersigned by the appropriate department/partner
Exit is by lanes U and T; the pass must be surrendered at the Clearance Container

The visitor obtains legitimization by presenting a valid official identity document and is given a pass
